1. Job Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and submit them to the management.
- Monitor revenue performance and report monthly basis.
- Creating, checking and processing invoices.
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
- Managing company’s accounts payable and receivable.
- Tracking organization expenses.
- Working with collection agencies on overdue payments.
- Communicating with clients regarding transactions and invoices.
- Handling queries related to accounts.
- Maintain daily cash book, create a report for daily expenses, maintain petty cash & other bank and cash related works.
- Bank Reconciliation & balance confirmation.
2. Additional Requirements
- Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
3. Experience Requirements
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Banking, Cost and budget
